At Nottingham Gifts we have a 5 day return and refund policy for a refund in the form of a credit note/gift voucher for NottinghamGifts. The item(s) must be in a sellable condition and a returns form should be enclosed in your parcel. For hygiene reasons, underwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery and beauty products cannot be returned.
