We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Nottingham Gifts however occasionally you may need to return an item. At Nottingham Gifts we have a 5 day return and refund policy for a refund in the form of a credit note/gift voucher for Nottingham Gifts. The item(s) must be in a sellable condition and a returns form should be enclosed in your parcel. For hygiene reasons, underwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery and beauty products cannot be returned.

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
